Laurie Sloat, as President of Laurie A. Sloat, C.P.A., P.A., is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Florida.  She provides personal financial and accounting services to retired individuals and/or to their adult children who may now be responsible for performing the financial obligations of their parents; post-divorce clients who have acquired significant financial responsibilities that they are unfamiliar with; out-of-state residents in need of representation locally; or to any client who chooses to delegate these financial responsibilities and redirect their valuable time.   

Laurie provides the critical support needed by pre-divorce clients in the financial aspects of terminating the marriage.  

Following formal dissolution of marriage, oftentimes, the client assumes new responsibilities, such as managing property interests, collecting notes receivable, working with professionals, establishing an estate plan, and gathering data for income tax return preparation.  Laurie, as the client’s Personal Financial and Accounting Analyst, can assist the client in managing these  tasks.
