Laurie’s services include, but are not limited to, assisting the client and his or her attorney in gathering personal data, case specifics, income, expense, asset, and liability information; analyzing the client’s net worth and net income in efforts to prepare a Financial Affidavit, Schedule of Assets and Liabilities, Summary of Cash Flow, and child support calculations; reviewing the documents provided to ensure compliance with required disclosure; preparing a document request for the attorney requesting additional relevant information; and working with the client’s attorney to prepare deposition questions. The specific services will be mutually agreed upon with the client and attorney.
